Weg-wijs is an independent organization based in The Hague , The Netherlands , specialized in
advising and counselling young students and their parents to find the best opportunities in education abroad.

The Dutch word Weg-Wijs literally means “road-wise” and is a Dutch expression “to show one's way
about a foreign place”.

It is run by Kitty Wijsman and Angela Vreedenburgh , educational advisors and counsellors.

Kitty has been a teacher and a dean at a well-known Dutch High School in The Hague for many years.
Angela has a broad experience in coaching and teaching and has been involved in educational matters in the Netherlands and internationally for many years.

Aim and procedure.

Weg-Wijs has an extensive network of relations with educational institutes in The Netherlands and internationally. We have an excellent reputation amongst Dutch schools and students. This gives us
the opportunity to recruit Dutch students that are interested in going to educational institutes all over
the world. Our experience with and knowledge of international educational institutes facilitate a wide
range of possibilities for Dutch students who intend to go abroad for a short or long-term course and
gives us the ability to “find the right match”. These possibilities may vary from a short to a long-term
course (3 weeks – 6 months), a language-course (English, Spanish, French, German, Italian), Sport
and Language Holidays, Art courses or volunteer projects in various parts of the world.

We pride ourselves in maintaining an excellent contact with our related institutes and organizations
abroad, to offer the best possible service to our young clients and their parents in their search for
quality and reliability.
